John has more than twenty-five years of experience in areas of project and program management and related application technology: implementations, integrations and education, in many diverse industries, including petroleum, fossil fuel power, eCommerce, construction and automotive. He has applied his strong project management and business knowledge, into building a successful project management company.
Don Monteleone
President
Don has more than twenty-six years of experience in areas of project management, capital planning, portfolio management, business management, process engineering, software and hardware implementation, sales, marketing, education, and application integration in diverse industries including manufacturing, automotive, utility, information technology, construction and engineering. He has applied his strong project and business management knowledge in the building of a successful project management firm. Critical Business Analysis is a Corporate Primavera Authorized Reseller (PAR). Don is a certified instructor of Primavera P6, Primavera Project Planner, Expedition, and SureTrak. He performs as a hands-on Engagement Manager and Implementation Consultant for Program and Project Management Business Process Development, Primavera P6 software implementation and other Information Technology Systems.

Bob has more than thirty-one years of experience in project management, consulting, software development, organizational development and training, with specific expertise in the design, development and implementation of project management and information technology solutions. He has significant experience in implementing enterprise program management solutions, including developing and implementing business practices, software tools and training. Bob has implemented program management solutions for Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Visteon, AT&T, Science Applications International Corporation, Software Engineering Institute, TRW, Mead Data Central and Solvay Automotive. He has personally trained over 500 professionals in Project Management methodology and software. He is a Certified Primavera Solution Provider and certified P6 and P6 Web trainer.
Bryan Gardner

Bryan has more than 11 years of experience in various areas of construction administration, control, and project management. His concentration has been on enterprise management systems and information technology for construction. Over the last 3 years he has managed multiple district projects and ensured compliance with program standards and policies. He has preformed software installation and training on Primavera’s Contract Manager (Expedition) and Sybase Infomaker Report Writer. He is also active in project management institute. Most recently he has consulted for a medium to large construction firms and has presented at the 2007 Primavera User Conference.

Twenty years experience in manufacturing management, production control, administration and project management. Marc holds the position of Director of Training and Implementation Consultant with Critical Business Analysis Inc. He is responsible for the continuing development and execution of Primavera training both internally and externally. Marc also performs needs analysis assessments for clients to determine the Primavera solution and implementation strategy best suited for their requirements.

Vickie has more than twenty-five years of experience in project management, project scheduling, and consulting, with an extensive background interfacing with project controls and project management professionals. She has worked in a variety of industries providing senior scheduling and controls expertise for the Nuclear Power Industry, the Manufacturing environment as well as the Automotive Industry and the Construction Industry. She is also an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE).
