The objective of an Oracle Primavera Health Assessment is to perform an evaluation of your organizations current use of P6 or Primavera Contract Management (PCM). CBA will review your existing set-up and configuration within the tool. We’ll also conduct interviews with a variety of internal representatives such as the Director, Project Controls Manager, Project Manager, Project Scheduler and IT Administrative Support about the way you currently use the software and your existing related project management and control practices. The goal is to gather information and suggest a plan for product use improvements and process standardization going forward.
