He also performs needs analysis assessments for clients to determine the Primavera solution and implementation strategy best suited for their requirements.

Bob has implemented program management solutions for Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Visteon, AT&T, Science Applications International Corporation, Software Engineering Institute, TRW, Mead Data Central and Solvay Automotive. He has personally trained over 500 professionals in Project Management methodology and software. He is a Certified Primavera Solution Provider and certified P6 and P6 Web trainer.
