Business Practices

Registration Policy:                                                     

Any customer wanting to register for any CBA’s training classes will be required to pay in full before any seat can be confirmed.

Training Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation is made more than five (5) working days from the date of the first day of  class, customer will receive a full refund minus a $45.00 processing fee. If cancellation is made five (5) working days or less prior to course, the entire course fee is non-refundable, but you will be able to send an alternate to that class for a period of 12 months. Any customer canceling for the second time within a 12 month period will not receive a refund.

CBA is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer in regards to class cancellation or attending of our courses.

Terms of Payment:

All courses must be paid in full prior to the first day of class.
